Nature & Leadership

I have developed a model of leadership that draws on the wisdom of landscape and ecosystems thinking. These immersive nature sessions or retreats can be custom-designed to scale to your organisation or group's needs.  The three components are:

• ​Think Like Nature uses landscape as metaphor to unpack the wisdom of mountains, rivers, forests, deserts, caves, ocean, and sky. It incorporates ecosystems thinking to inspire reflection on life and leadership.

• Be Like Nature is an immersive solo and group experience in the natural world where participants engage in deep observation of a natural system to find relevance to a situation at work or life.

• Lead Like Nature is an advanced module where participants design their own personal leadership model based on a natural system that has meaning or significance to them.
